Kingdom Development Center

The Kingdom Development Center (KDC) is a division of BOSS United Inc. that has partnered with organizations in the local community to address the social service needs that are diminishing the resident buy-in and stakeholder retention needed to keep the community healthy.

Although all intensive family interventions and mental health services are handled through the Family and School Solutions (FSS) division of BOSS United Inc.; KDC partners with local churches to offer pastoral and spiritual counseling services.

We are currently offering the following groups and forums:

Project ABSTAIN: Girl Adolescence Abstinence Program

Project ROYALTY: Parenting Group

Project COPS: Public Safety Forum for community residents and local police officers

It is KDC’s mission to instill values and teach kingdom principles to the modern family to promote healthy communities.

This division of BOSS United is 100% grant funded.

2. CCO (Richard Hamilton) assigns the referred client to an assessor.
3. The assessor contacts the identified caregiver and schedules an appointment to conduct the assessment.
4. The assessor completes the assessment, it is approved by the CCO (Richard Hamilton), and the family is assigned for services.
5. The therapist and the team members meet with the client and family to discuss the program and treatment plan. Consumer services are sometimes delayed due to various reasons. Below is a list of the most common scenarios that may cause a delay in consumer services:

  • Inability to make contact with caregivers or consumer to complete assessment.
  • Consumer becomes incarcerated or removed from home shortly after receipt of referral.
